The Team tab on your office dashboard (/corporate/office) shows everyone in your office.
For each agent you can see
- Name and email
- Number of gifts sent and the date of their last gift
- An activity dot — a quick read on whether they're actively sending
What you can do
- Upload or update an agent's headshot — click their avatar. This is the photo that prints on their gift cards.
- Deactivate or reactivate an agent. Deactivating removes their access without deleting their history; reactivate any time.
You'll also see office-wide totals: gifts sent all-time and how many agents have been active this month.
