Warm hand-delivery (local)
- Available when the recipient is in a local delivery zone.
- Fresh that week, delivered Monday–Friday during business hours — make sure someone's there to receive it.
- Pick a date from the calendar. Dates are grayed out for weekends, holidays, or after the daily cutoff.
- A small local delivery fee applies (shown in your order summary).
Nationwide shipping
- Always available. We show the exact "Arrives by" date — no date picker needed.
- We time shipping so cookies never sit in transit over a weekend.
- Shipping is the live carrier rate based on weight and destination.
Good to know
- If a local agent ships outside the local zone, the order automatically switches to nationwide pricing and shipping.
- Large orders (roughly 25+ boxes) need about a week of lead time to bake and pack, so the earliest available date moves out.
