Office admin
- Set up the office and its branding (logo, color, ZIP).
- Add agents (invite by email, share a join code, or approve requests).
- Manage the team roster and agent headshots.
- Send gifts billed to the office.
- See how the team is using the platform.
Agent
- Send gifts to clients and pay per order.
- Manage your own profile and headshot (the photo on your cards).
- See your gift history and rewards.
Being logged in is your identity — there's no separate PIN. What you can do is decided by your role in the office.
