Two kinds of people use it
- Office admins set up the office, add team members, and control branding. They can also send gifts.
- Agents send gifts to their own clients. Every gift card shows the agent's name and photo plus the office branding.
A single person can be both — when you create an office, you're an admin and an agent.
What you can do
- Send a single gift, or send to several recipients at once.
- Choose warm local hand-delivery (where available) or nationwide shipping.
- Add a personal note that prints on the card.
- Track every gift from kitchen to delivery.
